A Walk & Talk Consultation is an opportunity for you to walk the property with a home inspector for the property you are interested in purchasing.
A home inspector will walk the property with you focusing on the major components of the home – roof/attic, foundation/structure, heating & cooling system, plumbing (water heater, drain waste, supply lines), electrical (panel, wiring), appliances, and windows – and identify any major issues/concerns.
No report/documentation is provided, so we recommend you take notes and pictures during the Walk & Talk.
